IOA Peace week seminar

Special thanks to Sensei Duncan Francis and Sensei Tony Schaulfleberger for inviting us to the seminar at the Silverdale Institute of Aikido celebrating Peace Week. A great Sunday 9:30-4pm of Aikido with you and your team. Great to see Paul, Craig and John and Julie (who really needs to see the boss about getting her own gi).
